Gas wireless Monitoring


The KylinCloud Wireless Gas Monitoring System consists of three components: Smart Sensors (G1/G2/G3/G4), a Data Repeater (Smart T-Box), and the KylinCloud Monitoring and Management Platform. This system is a fixed, continuous wireless solution for monitoring gas concentrations, employing free-diffusion sampling to detect gas levels and utilizing either electrochemical sensors for oxygen or infrared sensors for carbon dioxide. A built-in LCD display provides real-time concentration readings, and an audible and visual alarm is immediately triggered when the preset threshold is exceeded. Integrated with IoT technologies, the system enables not only real-time monitoring but also remote monitoring and remote alarming. With its exceptional ease of use and outstanding reliability, the entire system is the optimal choice for ensuring laboratory environmental and equipment safety as well as data traceability.

Gas Sensor – Smart Sensor G1/G2

The Smart Sensor G1/G2 is a gas sensor—an IoT module capable of monitoring either oxygen concentration (0–30% VOL) or carbon dioxide concentration (0–10% VOL). The oxygen sensor is suitable for use in all liquid nitrogen tank environments, while the carbon dioxide sensor is designed for concentration monitoring in all CO₂ incubators. Once it collects concentration data, it transmits the information to a relay device at its default frequency of once every 10 minutes for storage.

Carbon Dioxide Incubator Current Sensor – Smart Sensor G3

The Smart Sensor G3 is an IoT module for Thermo CO₂ incubators that integrates four measurement functions—CO₂ concentration, temperature, oxygen concentration, and humidity. (Note that the monitored parameters may vary depending on the specific incubator model.) This sensor is compatible with all Thermo CO₂ incubators (when equipped with the optional 4–20 mA output interface board) and connects directly to the incubator’s interface board.

Carbon Dioxide Incubator Sensor – Smart Sensor G4

The Smart Sensor G4 is a CO₂ incubator sensor that integrates three functions—CO₂ concentration measurement (0–20% v/v), temperature measurement (−20 to 60°C), and humidity measurement (0–100% RH)—into a single IoT module. This sensor is compatible with all CO₂ incubators, including small benchtop models. After acquiring data, it transmits the measurements to a relay device at its default frequency of once every 10 minutes for storage.
