Temperature & Humidity Wireless Monitoring


The KylinCloud wireless temperature and humidity monitoring system consists of three components: sensors (Smart Sensor T1/T2/T2-D/T3), a data repeater (Smart T-Box), and the KylinCloud monitoring and management platform. This system provides rigorous monitoring of temperature and humidity in relevant environments and equipment, including: ① environmental monitoring—for warehouses, cleanrooms, blood banks, pharmacies, cold storage facilities, animal housing units, laboratories, and more; and ② equipment monitoring—for liquid nitrogen tanks, ultra-low temperature freezers, standard refrigerators, incubators, freezer cabinets, stability test chambers, and drying ovens, among others.

Temperature and Humidity Sensor – Smart Sensor T1

The Smart Sensor T1 is a temperature and humidity sensor—a IoT module capable of monitoring temperature (-20 to 60°C) and relative humidity (0 to 100% RH). It features a built-in, replaceable, high-capacity, high-performance primary battery that ensures more than one year of continuous operation. After acquiring temperature and humidity data, the sensor transmits the readings to a relay device at its default interval of every 10 minutes for storage.

Temperature Sensor – Smart Sensor T2

The Smart Sensor T2 and Smart Sensor T2-D are high-performance IoT temperature-sensing modules designed for precise temperature monitoring. The Smart Sensor T2 is a single-channel temperature sensor, while the Smart Sensor T2-D has been upgraded to dual-channel monitoring, covering a broad temperature range from −200°C to 200°C. Both models feature a built-in, high-capacity, high-performance rechargeable lithium battery that ensures stable operation for more than one year on a single charge, significantly reducing maintenance costs and operational frequency. They operate in ambient temperatures ranging from −20°C to 50°C and employ an external-body, internal-probe installation configuration to ensure real-time data acquisition. Data is automatically transmitted to a relay device every 10 minutes for storage, facilitating subsequent analysis and management.

Temperature Sensor – Smart Sensor T3

The Smart Sensor T3 is a temperature sensor—a IoT module capable of monitoring temperatures in the range of –200 to 200°C. It features a high-capacity, high-performance built-in rechargeable battery that provides over one year of continuous operation on a single charge. The device includes a display screen that shows real-time measurement values, allowing users to intuitively monitor temperature readings. Its operating environment ranges from –40°C to 60°C, with display accuracy of ≤0.01°C and a relative error of ±0.1°C. During installation, the sensor is mounted externally in a room-temperature environment, with its probe immersed directly in the monitored medium. Once it has acquired temperature data, it transmits the readings to a relay unit at its inherent frequency of once every 10 minutes for storage.
